The staff at the dentists make the experience so easy they explain everything as to reassure and calm you while the procedure happens can’t rate them highly enough

What stood out was that i was left waiting 15 mins past my appointment time. It is a feature of my visits to Duthie that i am kept waiting. I recently recieved a ridiculous text about being charged £1 per minute if i'm late but nothing about being given £1 per minute if i'm kept waiting?

Needed an Emergency appointment for severe toothache . Seen the same day which ended up with a tooth extraction. Appointment was even brought forward. Excellent same day service. Excellent staff and treatment . Thank you.

Staff and service excellent, only criticism would be the cost of my treatment had gone up by almost two and half times since the last time I had it so an updated price list, maybe via email, in future would be of great help

Very accommodating due to my shift being changed at work, I couldn’t make my original appointment, you changed my appointment from the Monday to the Thursday no quibble.
