   I am frustrated and onfused regarding my appointment with this practice. I have been waiting almost two weeks for this appointment, only to receive a sudden message today informing me of its cancellation. The message provided no explanation, only a number to reschedule. I have since spent nearly 5 hours trying to reach their office by phone and enail, but I have been unable to get through to anyone. I am extremely disappointed by the lack of communication and the inconvenience this has caused. They have not provide me with an explanation for the cancellation and advise on the next steps for rescheduling. Awful practice to avoid!
