I have been with the Practice for very many years. All the same are polite, kind and helpful. After examination, the Dentist explained her findings, and recommended treatment. She listened to my own views. She assured me that I could contact the Practice if and when I felt I needed help or advice before my next six -monthly appointment was due

Was charged full before the treatment. Was given an appointment but not seen after waiting for 20 minutes on 2nd visit. Was not informed or asked on what the treatment was and how to address the problem.

The entire team are friendly, helpful and kind. The dentist who attended to me was calm and kind. Patiently explaining things to me and calmly answered my questions. Definitely recommend this practice as they listen and care.

I was sent home saying that I arrived late although I was asked to take a seat at reception and waited for half an hour just to be sent back and given another appointment. I had to come again because I was asked to pay for the treatment at the assessment visit itself.

Dentist washed up my teeth, it was fine, but I told her that my gum is swollen, I have too much saliva in my mouth, she just told, there is no things she can do

It was a hygienist appointment. Very competent hygienist who understands my fear of all dentistry and provides the treatment expertly with kindness .

Appointment was for 1.15pm got their, was attended to promptly, dentist, was very polite professional and all checks were made. Fave me tips on how more I can take take of my, teeth , was really explicit.
