It was a hygienist appointment. Very competent hygienist who understands my fear of all dentistry and provides the treatment expertly with kindness .

My appointment with the hygienist was the most positive experience I'd had at a dentist in a while. Her manner, care and explanations were great.

Appointment was for 1.15pm got their, was attended to promptly, dentist, was very polite professional and all checks were made. Fave me tips on how more I can take take of my, teeth , was really explicit.

I have seen 2 different dentists on separate occasions and I was quite impressed every time with their dedication, professionalism and honest advice given. Would recommend to anyone any time. I was not able to do what I had hoped as the matter was far more complex than I realised, however the doctor explained all the details regarding my dental problems and said she does not advise to pay for band C unless I was willing to go ahead with all the treatments. She opted to not charge me for something that would be unlikely to be a solution for what I needed and that is something I find honourable.

Easy to locate, extremely clean and conducive environment, professional and smart receptionists. My routine service was done with extreme professionalism with a touch of cares. Overall smiled out of the surgery.

Dentist told me ''deep cleaning' she didn't mention which is Band2, I found got charged Band 2 fee at reception! its totally unprofessional, lack of information to the patient. also, she is verbally telling me off negative words all the time, so I have decided to change dentist.
