I went in for a check up, I haven’t been to the dentist for 4 years. The appointment was 5 minutes long, meant to have x-rays every 2 years and I did not have any. The only thing that done were questions being and looked at my teeth with the mirror for 3 minutes tops and that was it.

I am the biggest coward when it comes to dentists, but needed a dentist urgently. After registering, I didn't have to wait long for an appointment. I was put at ease from the moment I walked into the surgery by the reception staff, and the same can be said of the dentist and her nurse. After x rays etc. were done the dentist explained that I could do with seeing the hygienist. Appointment made to go back and I can honestly say that I was looking forward to it !! I attended without any fear whatsoever, work done, a bit uncomfortable but not painful in the least. All done and dusted for another 6 months.
