After not being able to get an emergency appointment, they phoned after a cancellation and were able to see me and get me on antibiotics straight away.

Everyone was very friendly and I was seen on time. The dentist explained what she was doing and how my teeth were looking. My last appointment for an NHS checkup was 17 months ago and I feel there should have been more communication to explain why it was taking so long to be sent for this appointment.

The dental service was excellent but the time keeping was terrible my appointment was at 4PM I was called at 4.50PM,no told us why they were running late or even spoke

For the past few years the service has been terrible. I’ve had to wait over an hour before being seen, I’ve struggled to get an appointment too. Therefore I didn’t have high hopes for this appointment as I thought it may have been cancelled. To my surprise, it went ahead, and on time. The dentist was a lovely gentlemen too. I left feeling pleasantly surprised because I had finally received a good service. Therefore I acknowledge the improvements that have been taking place.

The dentist was understanding about the problem with my tooth & explained about the treat of it, put on a temporary filling, & said i would need to come back for the filling to be replaced.

Responded very quickly to an email as i was unable to call at the time, and got me an appoinment at short notice. My dentist was very friendly and thorough as usual. Very happy.

I was welcomed. The dentist was excellent attentive, and really cared about me. Went into great detail to explain what i had to do to maintain good dental health. In short fault free.

The practise got me in on a cancellation it quick time. My dentist was very thorough and explained what treatment he needed to do. Whole process was carried out very professionally.
