All went well and whole service great. ~ just a niggle about filling in the form before hand ~ could not do it, tried with each of the 6 reminders [self & wife] would not take me past telephone details!!

Dentist great no issues but the lack of uptodate equipment let the practice down. Impressions are still taken the old fashioned way when a more modern computerised method is available. More investment is needed in this type of machine.

Excellent in all aspects. Digital service to my phone reminding me to book an appointment. Friendly and competent when booking an appointment. Friendly greeting when attending my appointment and same with the dentist and the assistant. Digital copy of the dentist's findings.

I was treated with respect and consideration as I told the dentist that I had certain problems during my treatment and he was so helpful and caring . What a pleasant and professional young lad .

The way Eclipse took on an emergency NHS patient. Unfortunately not many practices do Staff and the dentist in particular were helpful and reassuring. Plus I have a further appointment booked already.

Having to take someone with Dementia to the dentist can be a challenge. However all the staff that we dealt with were marvellous
