I’m deeply disappointed with the treatment I received at edgbaston dental centre. As a long-standing private patient, I requested to switch to nhs care due to my maternity exemption during pregnancy. I had an nhs appointment scheduled for 8:20 am but called ahead to inform them I’d be late due to an emergency. I offered to come later or reschedule, but the receptionist told me I’d lose the appointment, be banned from rebooking, and removed from the nhs list entirely. This policy is shocking and completely unreasonable, especially as I’m pregnant and may face dental complications. Despite being a loyal patient, I was treated with no compassion or understanding. Their rigid policies and lack of care are appalling, and I wouldn’t recommend this practice to anyone.

Convenient location with plenty of parking. They were extremely helpful scheduling my emergency appointment over the phone. I didn’t have to wait long for my turn. The dentist was thorough and patiently answered all my questions. She carefully cleaned my infected tooth with great attention.
