After a ten week wait for a referral to this place, they seemed to know nothing about me. No date of birth, and no record of medications which my regular dentist must have supplied. I took three buses and two hours to get there , only to be told that I was too old to receive the treatment that I wanted- basically a sedative for extreme nervousness for treatment for extractions. A phone call would have saved all the immediate problems. All this was, apparently, my own fault and the refusal was for my own good. I admit that I walked out on them, feeling that the condescending attitude from a nurse and a dentist had made me feel even more apprehensive and nervous than before I walked in.

This dentist cancels more appointments than they keep. There is no disabled parking or disabled access to and in the building. On the last two appointments they wear running behind resulting in yet again not been treated. I thought it was against the law to discriminate against disabled people ?

The dentist is fantastic, always talks you through the treatment and very reassuring. Very clean and welcoming environment. Courteous and accommodating staff. My four children also attend the practice. They take on board the advise given. Always look foward to thier visit. Thank you and would highly recommend the practice.

Was referred here (clarendons dental spa) by my dentist for a tooth extraction. The treatment I received was second to none. The dentist put me at ease with his good humour, explaining as he went on, very reassuring and before I knew it my tooth was out. The whole procedure was probably no more than 5 minutes! His nurse was brilliant too and really put me at ease. Thank you both so much, what a great team.
