I do not particularly like dentists and was quite apprehensive even though i have seen the hygenist several times before, but this time was the best experience so far, generally made me feel at ease and not painful at all

Every time that I visit, I always get excellent treatment and advice both from the hygenist and the dentist. Admin staff also very good.

Swift responses even via email Surprised with the level of integrity and great customer support provided as I was unable to attend my appoitments due to unforeseen circumstances. Will recommend to anyone as their services are wide range and they do an amazing job. I have personally had my teeth cleaned and I’ve had a checkup. The details provided are precise and extremely accurate.

The receptionist was not polite. The way she said ‘Take a Seat’ to me I felt like she was commanding me. Did not even say a simple please. She forgot the phrase that manners does not cost anything but takes people a long way.

Recently visited Elite Dental Practice for hygienist appointment. The reception staff are always welcoming, Smiling and so happy to help in anyway they can. The hygienist was professional, knowledgeable and reassuring.

I went for a dental consultation in Rochester without knowing that the best of the best is at my door. I was told about Elite and I went there, words are not enough to describe my experience. I would only say thank you, great professional and first class

Had the gold clean, checked teeth before cleaning, gave a good clean whilst talking me through the process, also gave me good advice for my teeth care after. 👍🏻

As a very anxious client, who has not been to the dentist for approx 6 years, my experience was very calming. Both the dentist and hygienist was patient with me, kept me calm and reassured the whole time. Already have my next check up booked and feel much less anxious about the next visit. Very polite and helpful staff.

I registered with the practice just over a year ago and the services I have received are excellent. The booking system is great, the receptionist are helpful, the hygienist is knowledgeable and the dentists are very helpful.

The dentist did a good job and was calm and very patience. Thanks for the wonderful service since everything done was explained and what I needed to do at all points in time to have a healthy teeth
