Staff polite and neil the dentist is very understanding and gentle. Friendly receptionist and nothing is too much trouble.

The receptionist was so helpful. I needed an emergency appointment. I got one the next day, with my own dentist. Unfortunately he was off sick today. The receptionist called me at 9 AM. She explained he was off sick, and she fitted me in with another dentist at the same time. The dentist was so nice, very reassuring. They all go above and beyond, they are so caring and helpful. I would recommend this dentist, to everyone. A massive Thank you to each and everyone of them.

First spoke to surgery from holiday - was in pain due to gum abscess. Told to phone for an emergency appointment when back in UK. Did this and was given option to have antibiotics and return for teeth extraction or have two teeth extracted immediately. Chose latter and now started healing process. Grateful that could be done quickly.

I arrived early for my appointment but waited 20 minutes to be called in, however everyone else came in and went straight through. It was only when I questioned this at the reception desk that I was called in to see the dentist
