Friendly and welcoming, thorough and happy to offer advice and answer any questions. Never feel rushed. Even remembered that my son got married last Summer and asked how it went - nice personal touch.

Always so friendly, and helpful. I wouldn't want to go to any other dentist. The receptionists are so friendly, and helpful. And the dentist and the assistant, are so caring and professional.

From the receptionists, to the dentist and assistant they where all very kind and reinsuring as I was feeling very anxious having to have my tooth out

The receptionists are very approachable and really helpful , The dentist i seen was excellent explained everything to me and was extremely patient .

Unprofessional, painful procedures, lack of communication, and gained cuts in the gum from the suction machine, and I would like to say please improve on communication with patients.

I was an extremely frightened nervous patient 2-3 years ago and had not visited the dentist in a long time . At 1st I only allowed check ups with my husband’s support and definitely no fillings. My dentist and dental nurse were patient sensitive and extremely knowledgable putting all my fears aside and taking the time to ensure I managed each appointment. With my dentists patience she now has my teeth in better condition after a referral to hospital and her care at each visit. I now attend on my own for check ups and oral hygiene and even managed a filling with my husband’s support still not quite there yet. I have nothing but gratitude for the dentist and dental practice. The receptionists are friendly and welcoming and are always helpful if you have a problem with appointments . It is such a pity new NHS patients are not being taken on but I would pay private for their care Thank-you x
