How kind and understanding the dentist was with my Daughter who is terrified of the Dentist. A thorough check up was done and a plan was put in place that was the best thing for her

My dentist spent time to explain the treatment that I needed. A very thorough and professional service but above all that a kind and reassuring manner to help calm my nerves. Lovely friendly staff ..highly recommend this practice.

The reception staff was excellent kept me calm helped me in every way possible my dentist made me feel relaxed calm and was very friendly and great at explaining

I had my little boy with me in the pram and the reception staff watched over him whilst I was getting seen to by the dentist as it was my first time being there with him on my own since he had been born and I was stressed before going thinking how I was going to cope with him in the room, the staff just put me at ease and made my experience even better by doing this.

The receptionist is very patient and kind . I think you should be proud to have her as part of your staff . Also my dentist and assistant have a lovely personality and the dentist is very informative.

I was meant to have a Hygenist appointment which I had waited for, to be told 5 mins past my appointment time I had to pay private price and not on the nhs. I struggle to pay the £75 nhs price, I could not afford the private price, I was already paying £25 for my check up.

The treatment I had today and over the last month has been off the highest level and my dentist and her assistant have made me feel very comfortable while receiving my treatment thank you 5 stars treatment
