Well organised, timely, pleasant and the receptionist was helpful. The dentist was kind, explained treatment well, gave enough time for questions and discussion of issues.

There was a hiccup on the day that I had noted in my calendar for the appointment, which the receptionist could not find. However, she sorted out another appointment which was for the following day, and today everything worked fine. The lady on the reception desk was very efficient and sorted thing very well.

I feel really listened to and cared for by my dentist- previously I have been really anxious. Today I witnessed the reception staff taking real time and compassion in helping a patient who had been sent from a care home with no escort who was confused and distressed.

The fact my teeth are quite bad but dentist doing her absolute best and being really kind and nice about it. Reception staff also very polite, nice and happy
