   Dentists state how long for next check up yet the wait is then extended past dentist recommendations because of long waits for after school appointments. In school appointments can't be accepted for children due to school policy. I was not given a reminder for checkups being due which I've always had untill now. Dentist practice stated a email was sent to me however i didnt revieve one. Couldn't forward the email again as proof it was sent either because it obviously wasn't sent. Reception staff were also pretty rude.
