I attended for my check-up appointment and received a warm welcome to the practice by the friendly receptionist. No sooner had I arrived than I was invited into the dental suite for my check-up. My details were checked, I was asked how I was feeling and if there were any changes to my current medications. My teeth were carefully examined, I was asked if I had encountered any problems or issues with my teeth since my last appointment. I then received a very thorough scale and polish. Afterwards I went back to reception so that I could book my next appointment for a check-up. I really appreciate being a patient with this dental practice, all the staff are welcoming, professional and treat each patient respectfully as an individual, working with the patient and their particular dental issues. This is a caring practice that goes the extra mile when trying to accommodate emergency appointments into their schedule, as a patient I feel they put our safety, wellbeing and peace of mind at the heart of what they do.

I lost a filling and was offered an appointment very quickly. Tooth repaired with no problems. Very happy.

Very calm reception very professional and friendly practice, wouldn't change if you paid me, very trustworthy and reassuring takes time to get to know you and family doesn't rush in very patient, my partner has a fear of dentist from a bad experience!!! Ethos has now been provideing her even more frequently than the rest of the family, because of how excellent he performs his dental treatments, I visited just yesterday and unfortunately had to have a tooth extraction, due to ongoing problems with a broken tooth that had worn away, and repetitively developed infections because i wanted to save it, but has worn to a shell below the gum line and was still fully rigid in my gum, yet he carefully and pain free extracted the tooth, which is already healing quite well due to the way Simon carries out his procedures, I have been left with no bruising or soreness and haven't had to take painkillers, I also had treatments with other members of the dental team including several cavities filled in one appointment with absolutely no pain or bruising performed by a different dental surgeon with in the practice. All my children 5 of, are also patients at this practice and my partners dental problems have been resolved by Simon treatments. We will continue to be patients at this practice and we always recommend and refer them to people asking.

My grandaughter has additional needs and can't stop talking or sit down for 2 minutes. We had to wait for our appointment, as we were quite early, and the desk staff, who she mithered to death, were great. They answered all her questions. They were very patient with her and were very understanding. Which made the whole experience a lot less stressful.

Ethos Dental Care provides an excellent service. I attended for a checkup on 30th September. Booking an appointment was done online and is straightforward. Receptionists were helpful and efficient and the dentist is excellent. Everything is explained clearly. Totally confident in this practice. Thanks to everyone.

Friendly, efficient reception staff. Waiting time kept to a minimum. Professional Dental Service. Treatment explained. Time for questions if required. No issues with my treatment.

I have recently been treated here and referred for mouth cancer. I'm very pleased with this practice. I've been their patient for many years and have always been treated professionally and with respect. The lead dentist identified a lesion that has turned out to be cancer and he made a timely referral which has, I hope, made my recovery more likely. So I owe them a debt in that

I went for a general dental check up. In my opinion it was done thoroughly and to a high professional standard. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Speedy attention given to fixing a crown to a front tooth. Consulted over getting a good match to existing teeth and fitted it looks great!
