We are a family of 6 which always make things more difficult from an appointment organisation point of view. Today was our check up day. We had consecutive appointments. All went on time. Great care provided by all from receptionist to dentist. Next family booking made. All on the NHS. Recommended.

I booked the first slot of the day in the hope they couldn’t possibly be running behind and the dentist didn’t show up until 10 minutes after my appointment time clearly just walking into the building, then proceeded to take another 10 mins and so despite getting there early as patients we are expected to do , having to sit around 20 minutes for the dentist to bother showing up felt poor and lack of respect for the customer

Had a quick clean but felt like I had been butchered by the NHS dentist. Never in my life have I had a mouth full of blood and 4 ulcers from what wasn't even a full scale and polish. Think some training is in order as my husband warned me of similar happening to him. Not sure where to go with complaining but I won't be repeating that experience in a hurry.

Once again I received great service at my annual dental check this morning. The receptionists were welcoming and efficient. I had no waiting time and the dentist and her dental nurse were professional and friendly. The dentist took the time to give requested advice about dental care too. Visiting Etwall Dental Practice is probably as close as anyone can get to enjoying a trip to the dentist. Thank you

I received a good professional Service on Friday 18th Oct 2024 The practice was clean and tidy. The staff were welcoming and were quick to help me find a date for my filling.

As I’ve always experienced the dentist, dental nurse and receptionist were extremely polite, professional and extremely courteous. Every step was explained and treatment received was 1st class as always

Staff very polite and the services provided was brilliant. The appointment was agreed and remainders send several times prior to the appointment. The dentist and assistant were professional and addressed all my queries and questions, before the treatment and after the treatment. Fanastic service - Recommend anytime.

My husband and myself attended our appointments with the practice today and as always received great care and attention. Our dental care was very good, advice given to help us with the care of our teeth
