Once again, myself and my family (husband, daughter and son) have had a great experience at Etwall Dental Practice. We have had another positive visit to see the NHS dentist today and we continue to be extremely happy with the service we receive. A thorough job is always completed and nothing is left unexplained etc., which leaves us feeling that we are in safe hands. The Receptionists are also extremely polite and helpful. Thank You!

Everyone at this practice is friendly and welcoming. You really feel valued as a patient. At my check-up today, my waiting time was minimal, my dentist and her assistant were thorough and professional and I felt as relaxed as anyone can be at the dentist! I am very happy to be a patient at this practice and would highly recommend.

Nice reception staff, always welcoming. Dentist and dental nurse were very friendly and helpful, giving advice.

Got seen on time - dentist thorough and gave advice. Receptionists friendly, nice waiting area. Just hope they continue seeing NHS patients

The staff are friendly as is the dentist and his nurse, he explained everything and was very calm in his approach, he put me at ease despite me feeling very anxious inside. I’m very happy with the practice.

My son had two dental extractions ready for orthodontics. The dentist was very kind and explained everything and suggested some relaxation techniques to help with the pain of the injections. She and the dental nurse were very reassuring towards my son.

I have been an NHS patient here for over a decade, wonderful practice with lovely staff. Had no issues however on the last visit I was told the NHS dentist is now only available 10-3 Weds and Thurs - very impractical for working families, feels like they are trying to push the NHS clients out for private :(

I am not good with dentists unfortunately and needed a tooth removing. The team were absolutely brilliant at making sure I was ok, putting me at ease and avidly answering all my questions. I wasn’t rushed in the slightest and it has restored my faith in dentists! Thank you.

The dentist we saw was brilliant with my children, both were anxious but they told them step by step what was going to happen and what to do if they needed a break.
