I visited a few weeks ago and today. Fantastic staff who are very customer focused and friendly. I would highly recommend this practice and have done so to friends and family.

After phoning up to book the earliest possible appointment, Etwall Dentist Practice provisionally booked me a slot but shortly after came back to me to suggest slotting me in the very next morning. I had cracked fillings which were causing pain so I was extremely thankful the receiptionists were proactive. They didnt need any encouraging to do this. I was willing to wait. Following this I was assessed, shown exactly what the issues were using photographs of the teeth, presented my options. They then carried out 3 fillings swiftly and proffessionally. They took their time when I needed it, gave additional aneasthetic where necessary. I couldnt of asked for more.

Had a really good experience at the practice, communication was excellent throughout. Staff and dentist were friendly and professional overall very pleased with the service I received.

Lovely welcome by the friendly and helpful receptionists. The dentist and dental nurse were super accommodating and patient with my two year old who hasn’t (due to pandemic) had much of an experience in the dentist chair. As a mum these things can be nerve-wracking but we were both put at ease!

Went for a check up and advised I needed treatment. All options were explained in a caring and professional manner. All the staff were very caring

As an extremely nervous patient, everyone in the practice was fantastic. Took their time with me and gave detailed explanation of what exactly was going to happen - extraction with sedation. Can not recommend highly enough.
