I was referred to this practice for removal of a wisdom tooth. I'm a very nervous person when it comes to dentists but all the staff were very nice putting me at my ease. The practioner told me what he was doing every step of the way. A good visit indeed!

The receptionist was friendly and attentive. The dentist was efficient and informative. The dental nurse was also friendly and professional.

Needed to two teeth out and was extremely nervous having had a bad experience in my last dentist. Staff were very reassuring and the whole process over very quickly. Very efficient service.

Following a check up, I went for small filling . When dentist Started taking a closer look only needed external removal of staining. Didn't need a filling. Numbing injection painless. Excellent visit

The booking system is very simple and efficient, I do wish we didn't have to do all the history questions every visit. Staff are all friendly and welcoming, it's almost a pleasure visiting. One niggle, I would prefer the dentist tell me what needs doing, if a filling needs replacing tell me don't pussyfoot around.

Went to get my filling done today following my recent check up, all was carried out in a professional manner with friendly staff. Was told all through the process what to expect and also about after care. Well done to all.

I called the practise due to an issue that had quickly escalated. I explained that due to travel plans I would greatly appreciate it if they could see me as soon as possible. The earliest appointment available would have been after my departure date so they made space for me that day at lunch time. I was able to pick up a prescription the same day and carry on with my plans. Thanks very much Etwall Dental Practise.
