The staff are very friendly. I'm not a lover of the dentist, I always get myself worked up before I go. The dentist made me feel relaxed and kept talking to me which put me at ease. I definitely would highly recommend this dentist.

I went to the dentist for some work to be done, greeted when I walked in with a warm Welcome, All through the visit all staff were polite and very helpful with no issues what so ever great place

I visited Etwall practice today for a general check up. Very friendly and helpful staff. Extremely efficient. I would highly recommend this practice.

Today I went for my checkup. On arriving I was told by the friendly receptionist that there would be a ten minute wait, but infact it was only five minutes. I have been seen before by this particular dentist, who is very thorough, friendly and excellent at putting one at ease. Nothing seems too much trouble for him. I also found his nurses to be friendly.

Saw the dental hygienist today. She was excellent - had read my notes, introduced me to the others in the room and explained everything. Very helpful

I used to dread going to the dentist but not anymore, I feel it’s not a bad experience anymore, everyone is very friendly,my appointment was not on time but they couldn’t apologise enough, and I do realise that they cannot run to schedule!

The staff really put you at your ease I am a nervous dentist visitor but they take away a lot of my nerves and I feel really at ease when I attend my dental appointments.
