Very unhappy with today's conversation with appointments team,I had to cancel my next appointment due to an urgent doctors appointment that became available,not a problem I was tolled, on the matter of appointments I questioned my last visit,which coincidentally was the date of another Dr's appointment, as I had both hygienist and dental booked in prior to Dr's appointment with time spare I wasn't concerned about a forecast 10 minute delay I had time. The waiting room was chaos a young child made the lavatory a mess kids running around ,and a woman happily feeding her child,receptionist involved in heavy conversation with another person I asked again how long? Not long can I get you to pay now to save time,I agreed and found a seat ,I eventually got called through some 30 mins late in total,where I received my hygienist treatment, which after 30 mins is now complete, very happy with treatment. Now back in reception chaos still loomed, I now had to make a choice to leave for my Dr's appointment which I did, I found the receptionist no help attal . So after explaining all this to appointments manager on phone it ends up im in credit which I didn't realise we pay for in advance as I missed the appointment I still needed to keep up but my next visit is effectively paid for, agreed. So now he asks me is the date which was the date I asked to cancel is any good, by now I'm loosing patience and bring the date to his notice, silence,is the response followed by excuses, I then tell him not to bother just send me any appointment any appointment that suits them by text message and was ready to hang up when I'm instructed he was removing me from records and I'm no longer a patient there. So a professional team of hygienist and dentists that have treated me perfectly at cost,cannot accept criticism from a patient that is not happy,I will now find a local caring dental practitioner I wonder who else has been unhappy with them

I have been here a couple of times now and find the hygienist experience pleasant and reasonably priced. They have given me some good advice about how to maintain my oral health inbetween visits too. The reception staff were helpful today and it was easy to book. The practice was clean and well kept.

Receptionist was lovely. Slight delay to appt but that's not abnormal for health appts. The facilities were also nice. Unfortunately price has gone up and I wasn't informed before payment

I had impressions done for my denture ,told would be fitted today . No I had to have a further impression being told it would be unique to my teeth ,surely 1st impression was unique to my teeth ? .

I visited the dentist and I must say, it was an amazing experience! As someone who gets quite nervous, the staff at this dental office went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. From the moment I walked in, they greeted me with warm smiles and reassurance. The dentist was incredibly gentle and took the time to explain each step of the process, which really helped ease my anxiety. The entire team was friendly, professional, and understanding. I highly recommend this dental office for anyone who is a bit nervous about dental visits. They truly provide exceptional service!

It’s exceptionally rare nowadays to find a dental practice taking on NHS patients. Appointment waiting times are very reasonable, choice of appointments very good, communication with patient excellent from beginning. Extremely friendly staff always listen to patient requirements. So far so good.

Very please with my treatments they went out of there way to accommodate me and my family it took me over 3 month to finally find practice that are accepting nhs patients, thank you euro dental oxford

Fantastic from the moment I phoned then with an emergency The Receptionist has been First Class with All my Dealings The Dentist has Been so Speedy in getting A new set of Dentures for me I Can Fault Them with Anything and Would Highly Recommend them to Anyone
