I’m an extremely anxious dental patient. Today I was sedated and had my tooth out. The dentist and nursing assistant were brilliant. They assured me, looked after me and explained everything that was going to happen. I couldn’t have asked for anything better. Thank you so very much

Very friendly staff from receptionist to oral surgeon. Everything explained fully to a very nervous patient. Excellent treatment.

V impressed as needed tooth and roots out and was in such a state of worry and anxiety, as have had so much treatment and surgery for other conditions that i get so upset. The first appointment was v thorough and I gave all my past medical history, which was v important. The surgeon explained procedure, and I read all the documents thoroughly. When I returned to have sedation/surgery I was a nervous wreck but surgeon was calming and patient, as was the nurse. Also receptionist was v helpful and friendly. Can't thank everyone enough and very grateful to have been seen here. Thank you!

The lovely receptionist went out of her way to assist with my issues and getting me an appointment, she was very professional and explained and reassured. The dentist herself, was so lovely, very professional and very gentle and reassuring. She went at my pace and I felt very very safe in her hands.

Very friendly, and put me at ease, as I was very anxious and nervous, I was made to feel very comfortable and I was only a patient visiting the practice.

Reception was good dentist who treated went above and beyond to reassure me fantastic dentist kept me informed about everything explained everything in detail would definitely recommend this dentist to everyone

My 2xMolar teeth extraction in May ‘24… I was very anxious/stressed anyway & …as i had to have intravenous sedation even more Stressed. I had a Molar extraction the month before:( so i knew what to expect. This time i did not even feel the injection in my hand go in..! (:Unheard of:) Then when i had come to…i had no blood or pain…I took my 1st lot of paracetamol 4hrs later. Rested..till i woke the next morning. With the clot/skin starting to heal again with no more pain killers. All the staff care:) listen:) & are the best:) Thank you & grateful:) from one stressed/anxious Dental patant.

Have visited the practice twice in past month - first to see Dentist who always shows professionalism, honesty about my teeth and gums and gives options for ongoing management and treatment. His manner is friendly as are all the staff who work with him. My second visit was to see the Hygienist. She was a new face to me but immediately made me feel at ease. She explained everything she was going to do and was reassuring and ensured I was comfortable throughout treatment. I have previously - and would continue to recommend this welcoming and professional dental practice.

I had oral surgery and was put at ease with my dentist. She was incredible. I was frightened however she reassured me and made me feel at ease. I would definitely visit again and highly recommend. Thank you for making my visit so relaxed and comfortable.
