I just want to thank the lady dentist and her nurse who works downstairs. I was really nervous (sorry for the tears) but they were so nice and made my visits fun.

I needed to postpone an appointment due to illness and was told that it was classed as a late cancellation and if I do it again I will be taken off the NHS list. I cannot believe the insensitivity and callousness. This is the second time I have been treated like a child by this practice. I was "scolded" for being 2 minutes late the last time I attended. I was also advised by the dentist on that occasion to "Google" jaw exercises. Patients are treated like cattle because there is no time for them. No cordiality. No compassion. Take me off your list. I really do not want to attend a dentist and pay money to be treated like this.

Easy to book an appointment and dentist was very patient and knowledgeable. My options were clearly explained. I am delighted with the results of my treatment.
