The practice was very good at one point and hoping it remains the same. This review is based on my most recent experience wherein I have been wrongly charged by a young lady dentist at the practice. The funny thing was that I received a call after 6 months asking me to pay a charge for a service, which I am pretty sure was never provided. Felt cheap to argue and paid , but I think the practice owners should look out for similar reviews or complaints to ensure the good reputation that has been built over the years doesn't go down due to unprofessional behaviour by the younger staff.

Real institution in the heart of Hounslow with a welcoming team and professional clinicians. They accommodate in times of need and emergency and always provide a very thorough and effective service.

I live in Norfolk, and had to travel all the way to hounslow for a nhs dentist, this is a absolutely fantastic practice, friendly , helps you relax ,sorted my problem out ,I can't thank them enough
