Rang on a Friday morning and was seen within a few days for a broken tooth. Dentist was very nice and gentle as I'm not the best patient.

Always a great experience though lead times for NHS appointments seem to be getting longer. However on this occasion the new filling seems to have detached itself and I will have to refer back to see what has gone wrong and whether it can be fixed.

Very friendly and told me exactly what was happening and what needed doing . Had the choice of NHS or private treatment, chose private and got plan and estimate for price .

Friendly reception and professional dental staff. They are never running to appointment times but “what the heck!?” - as one gets older life is too short to be dejected at having to read a good book while waiting the usual 20 minutes - especially a book you can get your teeth into!! It fillings in the time nicely….

I was given full written assessment with the cost in writing. Found staff helpful and polite.I am awaiting further treatment, will be able to comment after it finishes.
