I started attending this practice over a year, having not made any visits to the dentist for over ten years previously. I was immediately struck by how friendly and informative the dental team was. There was a bit of work to be done on my teeth during the first couple of visits - this work has proved fine - and I noticed that pain relief and attention to patient comfort was very good. I have also had a couple of visits to the hygienist who is similarly friendly and competent. Both the dentist and hygienist clearly had my interests at heart and did not try to push any treatments which I did not need. My visit today was a check up. I was told about a slight problem with a back tooth but rather than immediately fill it (as I suspect my previous dentists would have done) I was given helpful advice on flossing the back teeth. I am now at a stage where I am not worried about the decline of my teeth or about the cost and pain involved in visiting the dentist. I am very grateful to this practice for that.

Everything ran very smoothly from start to finish. Treatments were administered very well and all staff were very friendly

Whilst the treatment from the dentist has been brilliant and the prices reasonable the gossiping from reception staff makes it a very awkward and uncomfortable place to wait in reception, you are certainly left in no doubt what they feel about the patients coming in, the other staff and people they know, some can be quite scathing, it would be the only thing putting me off coming here if I had somewhere else to go, I would recommend the dentist but would always advise caution with the reception staff. The dentist can be a stressful place to go at the best of times and you should be made to feel at ease. It is such a shame that such a good service should be spoilt by such spiteful gossip

Friendly welcome. Didn't have to wait long to be collected by the assistant. Wonderful greeting by dentist made me feel very relaxed. The procedure was explained. So very gentle and checked throughout I was OK. I am a NHS patient and felt like I was having private service. Thankyou so much

Today was my 2nd appointment and I had 2 fillings, as a nervous patient they put me totally at ease and the whole experience was a pleasant one

Very professional service from my dentist she is so friendly and makes you feel very comfortable with the procedure, I've built a very good relationship with my dentist as before I've not been comfortable anywhere else.
