I always get reminders of my appointments and the forms are sent to my email so there is no waiting around signing stuff before you go in. I have never had to wait long in the waiting room and the staff are always friendly and smile a lot. They make you feel really welcome, they take the time to explain your treatment and never suggest you have work done which is unnecessary. The service is top rate.

I am extremely happy with the service I have received. All of the staff are friendly and welcoming and my dentist is the best dentist I have ever had. Explains everything in detail, has been brilliant. So glad I registered here.

I am 67 and all the time I have been going to the dentist favershamsmile is by far one of the best alway polite very friendly put you at ease always clean

The dentists do a good job. Although a wait for an appointment, once you’ve been examined, they carry out the dental work quickly and efficiently.

Everyone is very friendly and helpful. I enjoy my appointments. All the staff have a smile on their faces all the time. They also ask about you and your life.

Phoned first thing on Monday morning requesting urgent visit due to loosing filling .....I was offered an emergency visit same day ....wow what an excellent service cant fault it plus staff are friendly and polite.....thank you

My tooth broke on Friday 28 October. I was able to get an appointment on Saturday 29 October as an emergency patient. The staff at the practice were extremely helpful. The dentist repaired and filled the tooth in one treatment. Excellent service all round.
