A nice friendly team at Faversham Smiles. I'm not a fan of the dentist but she put me at ease .went for the first time and was impressed with all the staff. A nice tidy reception and waiting room. The dentist introduced herself and her colleague to me and then gave me a check up. She was very thorough and interesting to talk to. I would definitely recommend.

My crown came unstuck, so I called Faversham Smiles and they offered me an appointment the next morning. The dentist reglued the crown perfectly. Amazing service from a brilliant practice - Many Thanks!

I was made to feel welcome initially by the calm & friendly staff before shortly meeting my dentist ; this was my first visit. My dentist was kind , considerate & above all professional. I was taken given advice regarding any procedures ( hygienist etc) as well as clearly going through the costs. I left feeling happy to have joined the practice .

NHS places at this dentist are in relatively short supply, and the waiting list is several months. With that in mind I expected shorter appointment lengths and rushed jobs. Instead it was efficient, professional, and the dentist (& assistant) had a great demeanour. It is often an experience you can leave wondering why you have just paid to be abused about the condition of your teeth (even when they’re not bad), and it might be that I caught the right dentist on the right day, but I was made to feel comfortable and like I could trust them. I hope not to be back any time soon but I know if I need to that I can expect it to be a positive experience.

Staff are all friendly and welcoming. My Dentist was amazing and caring. She was very reassuring and always gave clear and detailed information throughout my appointment for my check-up. Best Dentist I have had and I would throughly recommend her.

As an NHS patient, I visited for my regular six monthly examination. They were very friendly, polite and professional, taking time to ask how I feel, explain what they are doing and worked with patience and a smile. Highly recommended.

The dentist took a lot of care during the examination appointment. The injections I had were pain free. This is followed by a hygienist appointment. Everything went well. Practice is bright and clean, reception staff also very helpful.

I am always treated with respect and kindness and patience. I used to be extremely phobic but with their patience I now go to them with no anxiety. I had to have moulds made and everything was explained to me beforehand.
