We were lucky enough to register with Faversham Smiles a few years ago - our previous dental practice was great, but as we are getting older Faversham Smiles had opened and is much nearer. Every single appointment we have had with them has been very, very professional, informative and positive. Our dentists have been truly brilliant and reassuring - our treatment and referrals when needed have been very quick and painless. Faversham Smiles has the latest dental equipment for all treatments and specialist x rays - meaning in many cases they can give you a result immediately which negates having to have an extra hospital trip for examination. From receptionists to dental assistants to the talented dentists - Faversham Smiles is a great dental practice. Many thanks.

Myself and my family had a appointment on Thursday and all I can say is we have never had a dentist that explained so much to us before. We was so happy when we left. I would recommend to anyone that needs a dentist. Thank you for all the staff at the dentist

Check up and hygienist. From start to finish there was a warm welcome. Dentist took time to discuss any issues and questions. Hygienist told me exactly what was going on at each stage. Receptionists lovely. Very good experience.

Made me feel at ease from the start of my appointment, I’m not good at the dentists. Spoke in terms that I fully understood. Ensured that I knew what was happening at every part of the treatment. Excellent from start to finish

Absolutely outstanding service, they was kind and caring. The dentist explained the treatment, she took time to show my the xrays. I was made to feel more comfortable as I felt anxious. Would highly recommend to everyone.

All staff from reception to dentists friendly helpful and polite. All procedures explained including time it takes. I was made to feel welcome and any questions I had were answered

My appointment was just for a routine checkup but I felt this was very thoroughly carried out. On a previous appointment a small lesion was found which I had to have removed at the hospital. I am very grateful to this practice.

This was my first visit to Faversham Smiles and I would highly recommend them. I am an anxious/ nervous patient the receptionist’s are so friendly. The lady dentist I saw was so reassuring talking me throughout. I new she had read my online notes as she new I was nervous. She was extremely professional but extremely caring to. I am so glad I joined this practice. Thank you all.
