I aman extremely nervous person when it comes to dentists. Faversham Smiles is the best dental practice I have ever attended.From the moment you enter you encounter friendly and courteous receptionists. The dental nurse and dental surgeon have a very understanding nature and both were friendly and very professional during the appointment. I would like to thank all at the practice for being so understanding when dealing with such an anxious patient.

I’m incredibly anxious about dental work and have not had any work done without sedation since I was very young, I had the first part of a crown procedure done last week at Faversham, they’ve have been incredibly accommodating to my anxiety’s around dental work and needles every single time I have visited not just this once and gone through my options thoroughly to ensure I find the most appropriate option for my needs and worry’s. The actual procedure was so much better than I could have anticipated, the team ensured I was okay throughout and made me feel incredibly at ease during the procedure. I’m so thankful to all the dentist and staff at Faversham who provide me care and really appreciate the extra time they take for me and my concerns, thank you all so much for what you do and just keep being wonderful!

I rang on Monday afternoon in pain and the receptionist managed to book me in for the next morning. My Dentist was very empathetic and reassured me, prescribing medication to deal with the pain and to return if it didn’t improve. I have been with this dentist a while now and have been very impressed, especially as I am a very nervous patient. All staff are friendly, helpful and very understanding. Thank you so much.

I cannot fault this dental practice. Reception staff always so helpful and considerate. My dentist here makes any treatment very clear and is reassuring and calming. Dental nurses have always been attentive and supportive.

I joined the practice shortly after they opened in my area and the difference between them and my last Dentist is like chalk and cheese. I've found them all very professional and I think my teeth are in a better state than they've ever been. Nice clean premises with friendly staff on reception.

I've had a lot of dental treatment over the years and had to have another filling today, I can honestly say it was the best experience of any I have had previously, the brilliant dentist used numbing gel before the local injection - I did not feel any pain at all not during the injection or the filling itself. I also saw the hygienist who was also excellent, everyone I have met so far in the practice has been amazing, very friendly and helpful, would not hesitate to recommend :)

This has to be the best dentist in Faversham. I was treated with understanding, kindness and care. Every effort was made to ensure I was comfortable and I was kept informed throughout the treatment. Best filling I have ever had. My sincere thanks to the dentist and to all the staff at the practice who are very friendly and welcoming.
