I dropped into this practice with a problem to make an appointment as I was already a patient they asked if I could wait. With in 15 mins the dentist called me in. I had a tooth removed and I could not have asked for a more profesional service from the dentist.

Was well looked after with procedure explained to me as it went along. Staff were professional and friendly so couldn't ask for more.

The staff are all very friendly and the dentist always puts me at ease. I no longer dread going to dentist. All advice given by dentist has been taken on board and my teeth health has improved on repeat attendance. *****

It might sound an odd title,but that is how l feel,from my initial contact via the phone concerning severe tooth pain,the way in which the receptionist guided me through the treatment options she felt most appropriate was profesional,considerate and delivered by someone who gave the impression that she knew what she was talking about.l subsequently attended the practise and received treatment on 2 broken teeth by the dentist and her assistant,who again both gave the impression of knowing what they were doing and did what was required in a caring respectful manner which l only have the greatest respect for,thankyou to one and all.

I broke a tooth and was very pleased as an NHS patient to be offered an appointment within day and, when I couldn't do that, the following day. I was seen on time, the repair was made very quickly and effectively, with options offered between a crown and a patch. This fits a pattern of excellent treatment, so far with the same dentist.

I’m not a fan of dentists but I was made to feel at ease. I felt that my dentist explained the treatment plan to me in as much detail so that I know what is to come. I will recommend Faversham Smiles without hesitation.

I badly needed some advice/ treatment on Xmas eve & so phoned Smiles. They gave me an appointment that day & I was relieved to get to the dentist as I had toothache which had been getting worse over the previous days. The dentist was very nice & after an X-ray & examination she gave me 3 choices. The first one being antibiotics which I am taking. She talked me through everything & I cannot fault any part of my treatment. Hurrah for Smiles. Made my Xmas

My dentist gets a 10 from me ,I’m not usually worried about going to the dentist but the word root canal conjured up those stories we all heard about, But my treatment for a root canal was as perfect as it could possibly go & now after months of trying to ignore the problem I am pain free at last
