As an NHS patient, I visited for my regular six monthly examination. They were very friendly, polite and professional, taking time to ask how I feel, explain what they are doing and worked with patience and a smile. Highly recommended.

The dentist took a lot of care during the examination appointment. The injections I had were pain free. This is followed by a hygienist appointment. Everything went well. Practice is bright and clean, reception staff also very helpful.

I am always treated with respect and kindness and patience. I used to be extremely phobic but with their patience I now go to them with no anxiety. I had to have moulds made and everything was explained to me beforehand.

The dentist I saw was amazing, made me fell welcome and gave me great advice on way to proving cleaning, like not rinsing my mouth with water after brushing as this washes away the fluoride. gave me a very complete check up and left extremely happy with their service.

Faversham Smiles, is a friendly professional friendly practice. The staff are very competent. The staff are efficient but not pushy as to treatment advice, they recommend but leave the decision to the client. Overall I am very happy Faversham Smiles are my dentist.on my recent visit I was promptly seen and thoroughly examined by the dentist , good advice was given to me for the continued good heath of my teeth.

My husband and myself had an appointment yesterday didn’t hardly have to wait to go in dentist was great and really efficient and other staff were very friendly and helpful. Would recommend Faversham Smiles to all family and friends.

I had a check up at Faversham Smiles last week which included xrays and a minor descale. The dentist and all of the staff were polite and efficient. No complaints at all.

I lost a filling and part of my tooth, contacted Faversham Smiles and was given an appointment that afternoon. My dentist examined the tooth and gave me the choice of filling it or having a crown, I chose a crown. The dentist took a mould of my tooth and said my crown would be ready in ten days. I had the crown fitted yesterday and it is perfect. Brilliant! Many Thanks.

After having an over sensitive tooth for a week or so I phoned for an appointment expecting a long a long wait but was offered an appointment the next day. I was seen about 5mins before my allocated time, was asked the usual questions (meds etc) then a thorough examination on my tooth suggesting the best treatment. I am a nervous patient but both dentist and nurse were very reassuring explaining step by step. I was then told what future plans might be taken and told to come back if I had more pain. Excellent service, friendly staff. Thank you.
