    Always a great service here at Fen House Dental Surgery. Lucky to have such a good dentist and team. Fitted me in quickly and did a great job with my filling today. Everything is always well explained before any treatment.

    I rang the practice as I was experiencing toothache. They offered me an appointment the next day, I had broken my tooth and they filled this straight away in the same appointment. Everyone was kind, friendly and helpful. Thank you Fen House Dental Practice

    Your Review: Excellent service today. Had a molar tooth pulled, I was very nervous & anxious. The dentist was very professional and efficient, & the dental nurse was extremely helpful & friendly. Both went above and beyond showing great empathy help & consideration showed warmth & compassion. Very professional & helpful would recommend

    Contacted this practice as they say they are taking on nhs adults Only to receive an email back say there is a nhs waiting list and have no nhs appointments. However in the same email they say they can help if I want to pay and go private which I cannot afford ( can’t understand why they have appointments for wealthy people but none for people who truly can’t afford treatment but need it )

    Dear Anonymous, We are sorry for your disappointment. We understand your frustration of not being able to find an NHS dentist. I am practice manager and will help to clarify your concerns. To be able to see NHS patients, Dentist also needs NHS performer number. As we all know there is national shortage of dentists, we are struggling to recruit a dentist with NHS performer number since 2020 (especially very difficult in Lincolnshire area). Recently we started working through the list with a plan of seeing few new NHS patients per month to help people in need. We received hundreds of emails so far. We are working through the list. It is first come first serve basis and later people will be added to waiting list as We can only see few new patients a month due to our duty of care to look after our registered patients too. So far people are very kind and appreciative for being able to be seen or to be on the waiting list which we are working to get through. Honestly we are under so much pressure as new patients are coming with high dental needs due to not having a dentist for years and are needing multiple appointments which in turn is delaying the process of working through the list. For someone who can not wait to be seen, we need to give other options too. so we informed we have dentist who do not have a NHS performance number yet, so they can only see patients on independent/private basis which is similar prices but itemised. It is an option for people who can not wait, definitely not for wealthy people as you mentioned above. We can assure you that our staff are stretching and definitely doing as much we can to help everyone in need. I hope this clarifies your concerns and I hope you find your NHS dentist soon.     Not going to lie, had a issue regarding my dad. Was told I’d be able to speak to the manager. This was done as promised the following day. The practice manager went above and beyond showing great empathy, help and consideration beyond any expectation. Showed warmth and compassion which these days is sometimes missing. So a big big thank you from our family.

    Suffering from tooth ache my visit to dentist resulted with an infected tooth was prescribed tablets with a return visit . Had a double tooth removed today was not looking forward to it . It was done with tender care and great skill.

    Not happy at all. Had a temporary filling which fell out within 24 hours. The tooth wasn't hurting before I went there but did after the treatment and hurt even more when the temporary filling fell out in the early hours of the morning although I hadn't used that side of my mouth to eat
