Friendly greeting from receptionists on arrival. Short waiting period. Forthcoming treatment discussed in appropriate manner despite disagreement on the amount of treatment required. Cost of treatment not mentioned. One question below not applicable

The dentist I had this time was excellent she was so kind and patient and took so much attention to save my tooth. The dental nurse working with her was also lovely.

Dentist we saw was very friendly & spoke with my children really well. However, I'm very disappointed that we seem to see a different dentist on each visit & therefore there is no continuity. I've never know anything like it.

I rate my hygienist highly and it’s nice to have had the same one for years now. On the negative side I find the prices have really risen steeply and way above inflation. £69 for a half hour hygienist appointment is madness.

Didn’t receive a voicemail asking to change my appointment but they arranged for me to see another dentist there and then so I didn’t have to come back! The dentist was lovely and very thourough

The dentist was very friendly and did my check up efficiently. However when I arrived a few minutes before my 8.30am appointment none of the receptionists mentioned that the dentist hadn’t even arrived. She arrived at about 8.40am and she did apologise when I went in, but no explanation was offered. I know that things do happen, but the receptionists should have said something. I can’t remember the last time I went in to an appointment on time.

From the start my dentist was very professional and explained all about the extraction procedure which put me at ease throughout the procedure and talked to me about the follow up.
