The dentist I had was not my usual but he was fantastic, he solved the problem very quickly and was very friendly and welcoming. He spoke through all treatment options with me and made me feel comfortable. The staff at reception were also brilliant and so welcoming! Was so lovely to see happy faces coming through the door definitely put my mind at ease

Seen on time. Dentist and his assistant are very personable and make you feel you matter as a patient with great clarification given on treatment. His ability to give great dental care is always first class.

Due to disability I have now had to transfer from an 'upstairs' dentist to a 'downstairs' practice dentist. Everything went very well.

The dentist and his dental nurse are so nice, they know I’m nervous and treat me me with great respect. Very friendly team, I’m almost not afraid going to the dentist!

Always really friendly and very helpful and unlike other places they seem to care and go that little step further and it’s nice to see and always a warm friendly atmosphere.

I have always had a very good, caring service. I cannot find any fault with the receptionists or the dentists, they are very profession and the dentists are extremely knowledgable within their field. I would highly recommend this practice.

The obvious short staffing this morning which meant I waited 15 minutes for the dentist chair to be cleaned, which flustered the dentist. However my treatment given the time pressure was reasonable.

I wasn’t impressed with the fact that you pay a deposit for the next appointment (in 6 months time). I am a patient that turns up for all appointments and don’t see why I should be penalised for those that don’t. Therefore I think it is a bit extreme to be paying £92 for a 15-20 minute hygienist appointment.
