**Rating: ★☆☆☆☆** I am extremely disappointed with the service and treatment my son and I received at Forest Dental Practice. We visited the dentist six months ago for a consultation regarding braces for my 14-year-old son. Dentist assured us that he would refer my son to a specialist that same day. However, we have heard nothing since. I called the practice a month ago to follow up and was promised a call back by the receptionist, but she never called. I called again yesterday, and once again, she failed to call back as promised. She finally called today and informed me that my son wasn't referred because we supposedly missed an appointment, which I had no knowledge of. When I expressed my concerns and asked to speak with dentist, the receptionist told me to come in. After waiting, dentist refused to see me and was extremely rude when I tried to speak with him directly. He even threatened to call the police on me. To make matters worse, when I asked the receptionist for the manager's contact details to file a complaint, she shouted at me in front of other patients and refused to provide any information. The unprofessional and disrespectful behavior from both dentist and the receptionist is unacceptable. I strongly advise prospective patients to avoid this practice. The lack of communication, rude behavior, and overall unprofessionalism make this a place to steer clear of. Forest Dental Practice needs to seriously reconsider how they treat their patients and address these issues promptly
