the receptionists were very polite and welcoming, the dentist (ours is a lady) she iwas brilliant she explains what’s happening and is reassuring and even her dental nurse is lovely can’t fault them with the children

Lovely staff from reception to the dental nurse and my dentist I’m a little worried about going to the dentist but they all put me at ease talk to me and let me know what and when they are going to do and listen to me about my phobia of dentist Would recommend to them to Friends family and any one that ask me about a dentist Thank you to all the staff and my dentist at Forest house dental surgery

The experience was efficient, the appointment was on time. I don’t love visiting the dentist but I attend my appointments because it’s the right thing to do. The only part of the visit I would change is the fact that the dentist on every visit try’s to upsell further treatments. I think it puts the patient under pressure to book an appointment with additional charges. I understand that they are looking after your teeth & mouth hygiene but it is an unwanted part of my visit that I would change.

Lovely staff Very patient with my 2 year old daughter We have family appointments so she is able to watch me at my appointment first. Staff are so good with her and she is so willing to have her teeth checked now because of how comfortable they have made her feel

Caring and were helpful and friendly polite.the surgery was clean made me feel at ease and comfortable. Treatment was prompt and pain-free. Would highly recommend the guys

Efficient. Polite caring helpful friendly understanding. Clean good experience. Staff were great and put me at ease. Discussed in detail highlighting the issue and how to solve them

They are a good clean and caring practice and make you feel comfortable during your visit. They take care of you especially if you have anxiety and stress they do there very best to make you feel safe and comfortable at all times and take there time during your visit. In My experience of today's visit they were great and made me feel welcome and safe and gave me great advice on dental care and recommend various things to do to help with my dental care.

Today, I had 2 extractions done. I'm a very anxious and nervous patient however, the dentist made me feel very comfortable and at ease. The extraction was quick and painless, and the dentist explained everything step by step to me. I'm very impressed.

Had to bring my scheduled appointment forward due to a problem tooth. Managed to get one very quick which was brilliant. The dental service treatment received was very good. Looking forward to the follow up.
