I felt really safe and looked after, it was easy to get booked in for my appointment and I was seen in a timely manner. A very positive experience.

I was very nervous but the Hygienist was amazing, put me at ease was very informative. I’m very pleased. Reception staff are very helpful too.

dantist didnt notice root canel infection for first few times which lead to a very long, delayed treatment process. When he was fixing another one, he was very nervous, making coments and only when the filling was done, he told me that new roots are needed for this one. I went then privately, on the xray they could not see that roots needs fixing as filling is very big. This NHS dantist said next time this tooth will have to go out, private one said he can put a crown on it but suggested to wait as they can not see damaged roots. I dont realy trust NHS dantist no more. The impression I got that he can not handle the pressure at work and realy realy will not look at my best interest in saving the teeth. I now affraid to go throught NHS dantist and private costs massive amounts. Expecialy if you need to do couple. Very frustrating. I took my child to him as well, since baby tooth has been broken by new permanent one as he was pushing it from a side. He gave antibiotics and didnt realy explain that these permanent are growing /moving too much towards front side and that we need to see another specialist who make make some arrangements to push them, so new tooth would have space to grow. Why he didnt make this suggestion? what would have happened with her new teeth if I would not be bringing her to a private dentist..Its not realy worth coming here unless all you need is antibiotics.

I just wanted to leave a review of my brilliant experience today at Essex Family Dental, from the beginning i had clear text updates to remind me of my appointment and after having a root canal done, my dentist, Khushboo Unnaadkat was extremely reassuring throughout the whole procedure and gave me constant comfort by telling me what was being done and when so i wasn't nervous and comfortable for the whole time I was there. Would definitely recommend this dentist to anyone who wants a reliable dentist who is always willing to help.

Had some work today with Louise and Co worker and I can honestly say probably the best treatment I've ever had in a dentist, extremely good at their job and I was that relaxed nearly fell asleep laughable I know but true. Explained all and very helpful can't recommend enough thank you .
