Reception staff are always very welcoming, it’s always very clean and tidy, the dentist and dental nurse always make me feel at ease which being a nervous patient is very much appreciated.

Went in early, receptionist very welcoming. Dentist as always was great as he knows how I hate his chair. Lol. Nurse lovely.

As usual I was treated very professionally and the stain on my front tooth was cleaned off, I was also informed of future work I may require. Very pleased.

Today a very calm and quiet experience, being only one of two patients / very unusual! My dentist is always brilliant swift good treatment and advice and listens to me too. The nurse was lovely showing great care. In all excellent as left to decide my next step after today’s treatment with good advice but no pressure. My only negative note - I still can’t get used to the payment request as you walk in, as if paying prior to eating my meal in a restaurant! Though you do then make a further payment after additional treatment which is acceptable having had the pain too! This I suppose is the way forward in todays times! Thankyou for your care as always

We do ask for payment for the appointment prior to going through to the surgery as this is practice policy, instigated a number of years ago. From being called in to all treatment complete - 8 minutes. This included removing part of a cracked tooth and carrying out a filling/repair. Outstanding service.

* Was able to book an emergency appointment on Saturday for the following Monday. * Staff are always friendly and cheerful. * The dentist is very professional, always explaining calmly what is happening.
