The appointment was on time and,extremely efficient,I was dealt with courteously and had the procedure explained to me.I couldn’t fault the treatment I received

All the staff are very friendly, approachable and courteous. My appointment was on time; The waiting Room and the Consultation Room was very clean, all the Dental Equipment used for my checkup had been sterilised and sanitised, this was very clearly evidenced due to the fact the Dentist opened up the bag containing the sterilised and sanitised equipment when I had sat in the Chair together, with the fact the Dental Nurse was spraying and sanitising the table and worktops as I got out of the Chair and she started to clean the Chair as I was walking out of the door. A very reassuring standard of cleanliness, Thank You and well done. I would definitely recommend this Dental Practice.

The treatment was good and relevant and honest in difficult times for the NHS dentist industry. I was told all my options and treated with respect, just a same that you can't get seen soon but not the dentist fault I blame the system. X x

I had a tooth that had broken removed. The area was numbed well though I didn’t like the prick of the needle. It didn’t take him long to remove the tooth with little trouble and no pain. The only downside is that the area ached quite a lot afterwards and need pain killers. Today 29/07/23 it is still aching.

Rang at 9am to ask for an emergency appt…in at 10:30, tooth out, and I was back to work by 11:00. All staff - reception lady/ dentist and nurse were great. Thank you!

All okay except the receptionist insisted in charging me for a check up when I’d just gone for fillings. I didn’t get a checkup. I told her it was just for filling but she said that I had to pay for checkup anyway. I didn’t have a checkup just fillings! It’s expensive enough without having to pay extra for things I didn’t have!
