All the staff are very friendly, helpful and professional. From the ladies at the front desk, dental nurses and dentist. I am so fortunate to be a patient at this dental practice 5??

I was in with the dentist for 4 minutes she proded my gums and that was it no scaling or anything this cost me as a pensioner £25 thats £6.50 a minute this is disgusting and something needs to be done about it i dont mind paying if i got them cleaned i would like a response please!!

Receptionist very friendly and the Dentist very welcoming let me now everything he was doing also made me feel relaxed because I quite anxious. He was great.

I was offered a clean but not informed that i would be charged an extra £44 on top of the £25 I'd already paid for the appointment. The clean was very quick - only a few minutes. I feel I was overcharged. I was also told by my dentist, that there was nothing she could do about the dentures that have never fit my mouth properly. So i was very upset upon leaving. However, the receptionist was lovely and saved it from being a completely awful experience.

Was on time for appointment but still had to wait 15 minutes to be seen by dentist. Dissatisfied with lack of time it took to examine my teeth and no mention about cleaning my teeth either

Sailed through another 6-monthly check up, with no treatment needed. Been like this for about 8 years now, so is testament to the fantastic dental work given in the past!

Although im always happy with the experience here, i was only in the chair about 30 seconds. The dentist had a very quick look and sent me on my way. I would prefer if he had spent even just a minute more to have a better check. Usually they go round every tooth and check gums etc and do a little clean if needed but i didnt get any of that.
