I am so nervous at the dentist but the clinician who did my fillings was so nice and gentle it wasn’t half as bad as my imagination.

It was a very quick appointment, I am having to return for work which I could do with explaining in more detail as I have never had work done and regularly go to the dentist-the work suggested has come as quite a shock and little reassurance was given.

I needed an emergency appointment for the same day for a painful dental abscess. I phoned 11 am and was seen before 2pm. This is most impressive. I am very grateful because I was in great pain and everybody from receptionist to doctor was lovely and understanding. Thank you.

I just wanted to give you some feedback that the music your receptionist plays (that comes out of a speaker facing the waiting area) is really inappropriate. I was there with my 7 year old and there was so much swearing and other inappropriate lyrics including cocaine. I think you should rethink the music that is played or turn the speaker so just the receptionist can hear it.

The staff are professional and pleasant. The dentist was on top form and knew her profession. The visit was reassuring in the expertise shown by all.
