    The dentist was very good and thorough. However I had to wait 30 minutes to go in. They were also running 30 minutes late the next day when I returned for a filling.

    On the day I attend they were short staffed and had no reception but everything still ran very smoothly. The dentist I have was great he knew I was uneasy and gave me alot of reassurance. Would recommend this dentist highly

    I was reminded by text of my appointment 4 day’s previous which was on 17 July.I turned up 10 mins before it to be told I didn’t have an appointment. I showed them the text I got to be told my dentist had left in December. Then I was made another appointment for the day after 18 July on way home got a text to say it was on the 19 July. I rang the next and was confirmed 19 July. I find this very disappointing as I travel 25 mine to the practice and also have to loose time at work. I only got a apology from staff and would expect a FOC for today’s appointment in appreciation of my inconvenience and having to clarify my appointment again the day after

    This was mine and my little girls first visit. The staff were all super helpful and friendly. The only thing that I will say is that the waiting area almost looks like you're entering a prison. It's not very inviting and there's no toys for the kiddies. I think my little girl would have been a lot less nervous and more amenable if it was a little more child friendly in there, but other than that, so far so good!

    The checkup was far too quick since I hadn’t been for a year,also it was 35 minutes late which is surprising given the appointment was 9.35am

    Gentle cleaning by the hygienist, and I usually hate having my teeth cleaned as they’re very sensitive. Lovely nurse and receptionist too

    All the staff were pleasant. However, there is clearly an ongoing issue with staff turnover & therefore lack of stability, continuity & reliable customer service - because of micromanagement diktat from a remote, detached, centralised process-driven, policy-obsessed Head Office who are out of touch with the staff & customer experience. Promptly turned up in advance of a mutually agreed/arranged/convenient time for both parties, but I was kept waiting 25 minutes before being seen. The patient before me went in 5 minutes after my appointment time,

    My treatment was done within one week from preparation for a crown and fitting I also had 4 fillings My dentist kept me informed throughout the whole treatment Very professional

    Having just moved to the dental practice I was greeted by a friendly receptionist - and dental staff! The dentist was incredibly informative about the actual condition of my teeth and how well they were. My previous dentist never did this and I actually thought that made such a difference to how I feel about returning to the dentist! She didn’t leave anything unanswered and was super quick (was in and out in less than ten mins!)
