The reception staff are always friendly ,courteous and efficient . I seen the hygienist today she was again professional and efficient as was her assistant. I was given enough time for my appointment to receive advice and be able to ask questions. Than you.

The lady I was with was very kind, polite and she looked after my teeth. Last time my teeth was always bleeding but now it has stopped. It has improved a lot thanks to her. Thank you.

I saw 2 members of the practice today for some fillings - the first showed up 20 minutes late to the appointment - I arrived at 9:55 for a 10am appointment and literally watched them park their car at 10:15, then when I finally got brought in, there was a random kid standing there, whom the doctor treating me, allowed to have a look around my mouth and have a prod about. Then the actual doctor started to do the filling and cut the inside of my lip with the drill, they didn’t apologise and when I told them they just cut me they said I need to stop moving around so much. Overall a terrible experience with them and once my treatment concludes, I will be switching practices. The second therapist I saw however, in room 3 (I didn’t catch their name) was very kind and gentle with the filling and made sure I was okay the whole time, which is the only redeeming part of the overall appointment

What stands out for me is the practice is a shambles, it takes way too long to be dealt with, the receptionist are lazy arrogant and unprofessional, even the manager admits they aren't well trained, the dentist come and go to the point everytime i go I'm assessed over and over again, which means you never actually get any work done, all because the dentists don't stay, and the only available dentist are for emergencys only, I've been a patient here since bergin family dentist was there, and it's just gone down hill to the point my trust of this dentist is none existent anymore.... I've extensive work that needs doing but it's being stretched over years rather than it being done quickly, I'm only just getting a tooth pulled that should have been pulled five years ago and my teeth are deteriorating rapidly because of the length of time between appointments.... And I suffer from anxiety and depression and the time it's taking is directly affecting my anxiety and depression ive been made to look like I'm aggressive, which I'm not I'm a very upset patient who's becoming sick of being messed about and my anxiety is though the roof because of it but there's no patience these days or understanding towards patient in my position

Since being taken over from Bergin family this dentist has gone from bad to worse.... I myself have had an extraction gone wrong ( leaving 2 deep set shards in my gum ) and the place seems to be run by newly graduated dentists.... you never seem to see the same dentist twice. Due to cancelled appointments on the dentists part, covid.. then only seeing emergencies and catch ups after covid restrictions 3 of us have been struck off due to not attending for 3 years... no warnings, reminders... nothing at all.... absolute joke after being with this practice over 30 years
