Due to toothache 08.08.24, I contacted Genix and was given an urgent appointment that morning. Following a thorough assessment I was given another appointment for an extraction on Friday 10.08.24. The service delivered by the staff was friendly, efficient and proffessional, and as a patient you are made to feel comfortable throughout the treatment.

I've been seen twice by the lovely folks at Genix, once as emergency and once as a standard appointment. They have been friendly and accommodating, and have put me at ease each time. I was able to have a checkup and quick cleaning all at once rather than needing a second appointment, which helped me as a mum who has to arrange childcare to attend. I would highly recommend this practice and appreciate everyone involved

Over the last 4 weeks I have had two circumstances which required me to see the Dentist at short notice. Both times I was seen within 24 hrs of my phone call, and I received an excellent and professional service addressing my problem. I have been using Genix NHS service for 5 years, and I have found the staff to be very friendly, considerate and professional.
