Short wait in reception but an apology was made dentist and nurse polite and professional and fully explained what was going to happen the only downside was I wasn’t offered a scale and polish which is included in the price band and I love to come away feeling my teeth are nicely set up and clean ready for the next 6 months

Arrived slightly early. Seen on appointment time. Dentist smiling and pleasant. In and out within 10 minutes of walking through the door and that included waiting to pay. Fortunately didn't need any follow up appointments this time. Only one thing which I can comment on, is there is always just one receptionist on desk, when there has clearly been two in the past. I've attended on four separate dates this year, and on one occasion, the dental nurse was looking after reception, until receptionist came back

Unable to find a dentist since covid. The team from phone contact reception experience and informed professional treatment all first class. I would highly recommend.

Popular practice, very professional and empathetic. Need to book in advance as they have long waiting times for normal appointments. However, I was seen very quickly when I required an emergency appointment.

I have never had such amazing professional service they really put me at ease making my visit as relaxed as possible when i was an extremally nervous patient prior to my visit with this practice even the receptionists are all extremely nice, I can't recommend them any higher than beyond excellent thank you

My whole family is registered here and gets good care. Reception staff are friendly and helpful. Everyone was very patient with my dentist hating toddler!

I found the practice excellent as they explain the process of what they are going to do so you understand and staff were really helpful which has given me confidence to be relaxed while having my treatment .

Again I have used this practice and not been disappointed. Found the treatment good along with great advice. I have the feeling they do their job rather than chasing “extra “ work resulting in cost. Appointment was on time, the staff were efficient yet casual which created a good atmosphere considering it was a dental appointment which many people fear. Overall pleased with my visit
