    On arrival, clear signage and reception open and bright with two smiling ladies behind the desk ready to check me in. Introduced to new dental surgeon , relaxed warm welcome. He discussed any current concerns and gave a full inspection and was happy to answer any questions after. Overall, very pleased with this visit and happy to rebook for another check up in 6 months. Would recommend.

    The receptionist, the dental nurses and the dentist I saw were all excellent. Everything was explained to me clearly. My treatment was entirely pain-free. I could not have wished for a more positive experience.

    The dentist is lovely and the practice is fine, however i have two young children and our appointment was 30 mins after the booked time and this was before 10am. I know things can run late but half hour is so long. This happened with out previous appointment. I know they have colouring and i took other things with me but its really stressful and frustrating. Everything else was good.

    Four family members had appointments. We were seen 50 mins late with no explanation and no apology. The receptionist seemed confused and disclosed that the previous patient had left on time. The dentist (who may have been a locum?) seemed keen to make up time and gave us each a cursory check up. We have been attending for over 20 years and the experience has diminished since it became a chain.

    Receptionist was friendly and efficient. When I went up to see the dentist he apologised for me being seen a little late, his manner was very professional and he explained everything I needed to do before my next visit clearly! He gave me a little brush to help me keep my teeth healthy. Overall a very good experience.

    My recent check up and hygienist appointments were excellent. This practice is extremely well run so my appointments were both on time and I felt confident with the clinicians and looked after. This is a friendly and skilled dental practice. Thank you

    The Receptionist I saw was friendly and professional. I gave her a copy of a hospital letter and copy of my prescription which she said she'd kindly scan to my notes. When I saw the Dentist we discussed about re- referring me for my dental extractions. She explained clearly to me that I might need to take antibiotics beforehand and stop some of my medications. She also said that I would have to wait for about three months after the extractions to have a plate fitted.
