Friendliness of staff. However, I was sat waiting for at least 15 minutes after my appointment time and this happens on every occasion.

Staff are great, i was nervous for the week leading up to my appointment but with in a few minutes of being sat in the chair i was that relaxed i nearly fell asleep while having my fillings. All the work done on my teeth is very good no problems what so ever.
