My Hygienist and her assistant were very polite, explaining the process as they performed my clean. A first rate service from a 5 star team.

All options available were discussed with me with price bands but I wasn’t pressurised into expensive treatments that was not really needed at this time. Overall very pleased with the service. Thank-you

Dentist asked if I’ve had a night guard before, last time I was in I showed a worn down one, I’ve had them for 20 years + and it felt like he hadn’t read my notes or remembered me, unlike my previous dentist,

She was lovely. It all seemed disorganised. They ran out of water. Some examinations were with me sitting upright. The trouble was in the polishing. I was swallowing so much of this pink stuff, that I said I need to sit up and spit it out. She didn't allow a spitting break halfway through. Now an hour later, I feel so nauseous from swallowing this stuff.
